Background:
On behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) is supporting the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) under the Indo-German Solar Energy Partnership-Innovative Solar (IGSP IN-Solar) hereinafter referred to as the ‘IGSP IN-Solar’ Project. The objective of this project is the development of innovative areas for PV, which have not been identified as potential but would be required to be developed to meet the country target of 500 GW by 2030. The main objective of this project is the improved conditions for the use of innovative, low competition areas (AgriPV) for the use of land for expansion of photovoltaic.
Under the project, MNRE had identified AgriPV as one of the innovative applications. AgriPV has the potential to contribute significantly to India's renewable energy targets and sustainable building practices. The purpose of this tender is to Select a qualified and experienced solar energy developers or companies to submit proposals for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a 100kWp AgriPV project with single-axis solar tracking for IARI AgriPv Pilot Project in Delhi, India.
Objectives:
To Select a qualified and experienced solar energy developers to submit proposals for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a 100kWp AgriPV project with single-axis solar tracking for IARI AgriPv Pilot Project.
1. The selected bidder shall make available the required equipment as specified and as per the specifications listed in table 1& 2 of the ‘technical specifications’ section with the standards mentioned in the table 3.
2. Deliver and monitor the services adhering to the indicators mentioned in the Terms of Reference
The bidding firm will have to submit the proposal in digital format / electronically – please refer to the bidding conditions and follow the instructions carefully.
