Forming Bypass to Namakkal town Km./-/(Phase-IV) ,2.0 ,Clearing and Grubbing Jungle including uprooting trunk vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. as per Table - 201 MORT & H specification ,Earthwork excavation in rock requiring blasting (hard rock/soft rock) and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B, including cost of all labour, equipments and all incidental charges such as baling out water, providing and maintaining necessary cofferdams, sheeting, shoring bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps, grubs and other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming bottom of excavation backfilling, and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per relevant standard specification Cl of MORTH rev 5. ,Earthwork excavation in Soft disintegrated rock (SDR) not requiring blasting except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B, including cost of all labour, equipments and all incidental charges such as baling out water, providing and maintaining necessary cofferdams, sheeting, shoring bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps, grubs and other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming bottom of excavation backfilling, and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per relevant standard specification as per section 300 of MORTH Specification - Fifth revision as per Cl.4.2.5.1 of IS 1200 Part-1-1992. ,Earth work excavation in cutting all classes of soils as per SS20B compacted thickness, watering, compaction by 80 - 100 KN power roller, rolling to achieve the required maximun dry density inculding labour charges for sactioning, watering with all leads for water inculding fuel and hire charges for power roller, water sprinker and other tools and plant employed etc, complete icluding Sl.No.61 page No22 of current SOR 2025-26 ,Forming Embankment using carted earth as per SS20B including cost of all labour charges, materials With a lead of 33km conveyance charges tools, equipments and all incidental charges, including compacting with powerroller, watering, including all hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants, removal of other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming of bottom of excavation back filling, clearing up the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per standard specification. For embankment - 95% compaction ,Forming /Construction of subgrade using carted earth as per SS20B including cost of all labour charges, materials with a lead of 33km conveyance charges tools, equipments and all incidental charges, including compacting with power roller, watering, including all hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants, removal of other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming of bottom of excavation back filling, clearing up the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per standard specification. For sub grade - 97% compaction. ,Refilling the excavated earth including conveyance of all materials to work site, including labour charges for filling in layers compacting by manual labour under optimum moisture content to get maximum density of layers including all incidental charges etc, complete for forming embankment Labour charges only. ,Picking the existing BT surface up to 50 mm thick depth etc complete as directed by the departmental officers and collecting the picked up salvaged metal and stacking the same for reuse and deposting the debris excluding cost of materials including all labour charges for picking and all other tools and plants employed for the work and including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MORTH Specification. ,Granular Sub-base with Graded Material (Table- 400-1) Plant Mix Method Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 111, 112, 401 & 900 of MORTH Specification (Vth Revision) - for Grading- V Material for i) Main work and ii) Junction Improvements at Km 15/8 to the intersection of SH 95. ,Granular Sub-base with Graded Material (Table- 400-1) Plant Mix Method Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 111, 112, 401 & 9
